Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Jayden.
The 16-year-old was last seen in Ballarat East on Saturday 1 January.
He is described as 170cm tall with a slim build, blue eyes, and brown hair.
Police have concerns for his welfare.
He is known to frequent the Ballarat CBD, Ballarat East, Wendouree, Melbourne CBD, and Ararat areas.
Police have also released an image of Jayden in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Jayden is asked to contact Ballarat Police Station on 03 5336 6000.
