Consumer law resources available for consumers with disability and providers

Australia's consumer law regulators are reminding consumers and providers about the importance of understanding their rights and obligations when buying and selling goods and services under the NDIS.

With an election campaign now in full swing, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission in most states from 1 July 2019, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) is taking the opportunity to share guides and videos at no cost via the ACCC website.
