Cabonne Council is proud to recognise Elsie Noble, a remarkable 10-year-old from Eugowra, as our Youth of the Month for August 2026.
Nominated by school Principal, Carmel Doyle, Elsie exemplifies dedication at school, through her sport and in her community.
Elsie is a keen sportsperson; representing her school in swimming, athletics and cross country. She qualified for State in swimming for the 200m event at the NSW PSSA championships; was placed 4th in her heat and swam a BP. Also competing at Western for cross country, coming 11th.
Elsie participates in many community events and is always happy to represent her school and community, being part of Eugowra Junior Sports group.
She is a role model for other children and her determination to always strive to do her best is a wonderful quality and demonstrating that hard work pays off.
