Caruana Ward Councillor Caroline White has been suspended for two months.
The suspension was handed down following a Local Government Victoria arbitration process, which found she had breached the Model Councillor Code of Conduct.
Cr White will return to her duties on 25 October 2026; in the meantime, Kingston Mayor Georgina Oxley will represent the Caruana Ward community.
