Cybercrime Squad charge man with drug trafficking

Cybercrime Squad detectives have charged a man following an investigation into drug trafficking on the darknet.

Police executed a search warrant at an address in Braybrook early Wednesday morning.

They subsequently seized quantities of cocaine and cannabis.

A 28-year-old Braybrook man was charged with a range of drug offences, including traffick cocaine, traffick drug of dependence, traffick cannabis, possess cannabis and cultivate narcotic plant.

He was bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on 23 June, 2022.
