Debbie Killian is the newly elected Shoalhaven Ward 3 Councillor following an uncontested countback election by the NSW Electoral Commission.
Cr Killian replaces Natalee Johnson who announced her resignation on 11 August 2025.
With more than 30 years in public service and not-for profit sectors, Cr Killian has been a teacher, a youth worker, a health worker and senior manager in health and local government.
Cr Killian will be sworn in this week by Acting CEO Brian Barrett. Due to previously planned commitments, Cr Killian will attend her first Ordinary meeting in October.
