Traffic Enforcement Group officers are investigating a serious crash that occurred in Dianella on Saturday, 13 March 2021.
Around 1.50pm, a white Hyundai iLoad van was pulled out from a driveway on Walter Road West, near Edward Street in Dianella. As the van moved past a traffic island with a pedestrian crossing section, the driver's wing mirror clipped the head of a female pedestrian. The driver of the van, a man in his 50s, immediately stopped and rendered assistance to the woman.
The 67-year-old woman fell to the ground and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment of a possible head injury.
