Largs Bay resident Yogi Devgan is an award-winning indie short film writer and director with a passion for making a difference. He's had his films shown in festivals around the world and he launched the Port Adelaide Diversity and Inclusion Film Festival in 2022.
This popular festival is back at the Semaphore Odeon from 7-9pm on Friday 25 August 2023.
