A drink driver lost his licence after crashing his car at Seaford Rise last night.
Police were called to Commercial Road, Seaford Rise just before 6.30pm on Thursday 4 June, after reports a car was driving erratically, hit a red and white pedestrian crossing pole and kept driving.
Police tracked the Toyota station wagon down at the home address and located the alleged driver.
The 27-year-old Port Noarlunga South man recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.192 - nearly four times the legal limit.
He was reported for drink driving and issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
The vehicle was not impounded due to accident damage.
