A driver has died in hospital following a crash at Kilburn last week.
Police were called to a collision on Grand Junction Road, Kilburn just before 8.30am on Thursday 30 April after a Hyundai sedan crashed into a Toyota van near the Cavan Road intersection.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 59-year-old Hope Valley man, was taken to hospital. Sadly, he subsequently died in hospital.
A 37-year-old male passenger in the Hyundai and the driver of the van, a 32-year-old Ingle Farm man, were not injured in the crash.
The Hyundai was towed away for forensic examination.
Major Crash investigators are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash and the driver's death.
