Fremantle Detectives have charged a 55-year-old man as a result of their investigation into an alleged indecent assault that occurred during a driving lesson.
It will be alleged on 1 February 2019, the man who is a driving instructor, indecently assaulted a 16-year-old girl during her driving lesson.
The man from Leeming has been charged with Unlawful and Indecent Assault and he is due to appear before the Fremantle Magistrates Court on 18 March 2019.
