Drugs, cash and firearm found at a western suburbs unit

Police have seized a firearm, ammunition, drugs and cash following a search at Grange this morning.

About 10am today (Thursday 9 April), Western District Police attended a unit at Grange and conducted a search locating a .22 rifle, approximately 100 rounds of ammunition, $23,000 cash, methamphetamine and evidence of drug dealing.

A 32-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested and charged with aggravated drug trafficking, aggravated firearm offences and unlawful possession. He has been refused bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Tuesday 14 April.
