Duke Health Growth Benefits University, North Carolina

Two years ago, Duke Health migrated its Private Diagnostic Clinic into the new Duke Health Integrated Practice (DHIP), unifying Duke Health's clinical, academic and community missions. In this video, School of Medicine Dean Dr. Mary Klotman talks with DHIP president Dr. Matthew Barber how the integration has strengthened Duke's clinical growth and faculty support and allowed Duke to expand beyond the Triangle, strengthening its financial position and addressing health care needs across North Carolina.

He describes how this integration of missions breaks down silos, brings the shared vision of "One Duke" to life as a model that delivers better, more accessible care, and strategically aligns our research and clinical operations.
