Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Dylan Ingram.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the 34-year-old in relation to the offences of theft of motor vehicle, obtaining property by deception and drug offences.
Ingram is known to frequent the Wyndham, Hobsons Bay and Maribyrnong areas.
Investigators have released an image of Ingram in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
He is described as having a medium build with brown eyes and a shaved head.
