ADVICE TO THE PUBLIC: A strong wind change has pushed the fire to the south and across the Blackmore River. The fire is moving fast in a southerly direction towards Meade Road. Residents along Meade Road should leave NOW if you are unprepared. Enact your bushfire survival plan immediately.
