Factory fire - Seven Hills, NSW

A crime scene has been established after a large factory fire at Seven Hills today, NSW Police say.

About 12.45pm (Saturday 3 November 2018), emergency services were called to an industrial complex on the Prospect Highway, after reports of a factory fire.

Fire & Rescue NSW officers have contained the fire, however remain at the scene attempting to extinguish the blaze that has destroyed three buildings within the complex.

Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command attended, and a number of surrounding businesses were evacuated as a precaution.

There have been no reported injuries at this time.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined.

Local traffic diversions remain in place with the Prospect Highway and Station Road partially closed. Motorists are urged to avoid the area.
