Fatal motorbike crash, Tuan

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal single-vehicle traffic crash at Tuan, southeast of Maryborough, this afternoon.

Initial investigations indicate around 3:40pm, a KTM 1290 SuperADV R was travelling in the vicinity of Tuan Road before the rider lost control and crashed.

The rider, a 52-year-old Bidwill man, sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

Forensic Crash Unit investigators are currently investigating the circumstances of the crash and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
