Police are investigating the death of a man following a ride-on mower crash in Kinglake Central on Tuesday 27 December.
It's believed the ride-on lawn mower flipped and the driver was ejected, becoming pinned underneath on an embankment in Whittlesea-Kinglake Road about 3.45pm.
A witness found the male unconscious and immediately called emergency services.
The male driver, a 51-year-old Murrumbeena man, died at the scene.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident and investigations remain ongoing and will prepare a report for the coroner.
