COLUMBUS, Ohio – Forbes has selected The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center for its 2021 list of America's Best Large Employers. The academic health center is ranked 14 out of 500 employers and second in the Healthcare and Social Industries category.

To determine the list, Forbes partnered with Statista to survey 38,000 employees working part- or full-time for companies and institutions with more than 1,000 employees in the United States. Survey participants shared how likely they were to recommend their employer to family and friends. They also evaluated companies in their respective industries on aspects such as talent development, social responsibility and more. Employers cannot apply for consideration.
