Four Centre-du-Québec businesses go ahead with their development and growth projects

The Government of Canada awards over $1 million in financial assistance to Lumi-O | InnovaPlas, Usinage Usiflex, Unigrav and Vêtements Flip Design in Drummondville

May 22, 2019 - Drummondville, Quebec - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED)

Lumi-O | InnovaPlas Inc., Usinage Usiflex Inc., Unigrav Inc. and Vêtements Flip Design Inc. will be able to complete their projects with the help of a total of $1,030,000 in repayable contributions from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions.

With this financial assistance, Lumi-O | InnovaPlas will be able to ensure its growth and improve its productivity; Usinage Usiflex and Unigrav will acquire digital equipment to support their growth. Vêtements Flip Design will use its contribution to ensure its growth through the robotization of certain production steps.

The funding was announced today by Rémi Massé, Member of Parliament for Avignon-La Mitis-Matane-Matapédia and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development. The Government of Canada's assistance will help the recipient businesses achieve their set objectives. Their respective projects will generate total investments of nearly $7 million.
