The LiveLighter® 3-2-1 Plan is a weekly plan of healthy dinner recipes that you can mix and match to suit you.
You can go with the default menu or mix it up by swapping in other recipes from the bank of healthy options. You'll also get access to the breakfast and lunch builders which show you how to adapt what you're already having for breakfast and lunch to the meal plan.
The online platform allows you to generate a shopping list, and track your meals, exercise and weight.
