NSW Police have issued a geo-targeting alert and are seeking public assistance to help locate a man missing from the state's Hunter Region.
Jayden Conn, aged 19, was last seen leaving a home at Greta Street, Kurri Kurri, about 7pm yesterday (Tuesday 27 July 2021).
Officers from Hunter Valley Police District were notified after he failed to return and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Initial inquiries suggest Jayden attended a shopping centre at Elgin Street, Maitland, about 7am this morning (Wednesday 28 July 2021).
Jayden suffers from a number of medical conditions and there are serious concerns for his welfare.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm tall, of a thin build, with brown hair, dark goatee-style facial hair and brown eyes.
Jayden was last seen wearing black and white chequered boxer shorts and a blue t-shirt with a black logo and the words 'elite' in the centre.
He was carrying a black bum bag over his shoulder and wearing a black cap.
Jayden is known to frequent the Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Rutherford and Maitland areas.
As inquiries continue, officers from Hunter Valley Police District are urging anyone with information about Jayden's whereabouts to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
