The NT Chief Health Officer has removed the Geographical areas of elevated COVID-19 alert for Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast for the purposes of travel to the NT.
From today people arriving to the NT from those locations are simply reminded to practice physical distancing and increased personal hygiene as per standard COVID-19 principles.
The Chief Health Officer will continue to monitor all areas across Australia closely and alerts will be issued as required.
