Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a fatal crash that occurred in Grass Valley near Northam on Saturday, 11 November 2023.
About 11.20pm, a black Jeep Cherokee panel van was travelling east on Clydesdale Road when the vehicle left the road and hit a tree before catching on fire.
The vehicle was destroyed by the fire and the driver died at the scene.
Investigators are urging anyone who saw, or who has dash-cam vision of the crash, or who saw the Jeep Cherokee panel van travelling in the area prior to the crash, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
