Council is calling on businesses in the Byron Shire to tell us about their experiences via a Survey for Flood Impacted Businesses. It will be open until 4 May 2022.

"We have spoken with over 100 businesses to gauge how the recent flood event has impacted them," Council's Business and Visitor Economy Liaison Officer Lisa Richards said.

"This survey will provide further data on impacts on business, both direct and indirect, as well as ask more about what business' needs are moving into flood recovery,'' she said.

"Importantly, it will help us demonstrate to all levels of Government what funding is required to assist businesses in getting back on their feet and to let us know how we can support local businesses in various ways.

As a thank you (especially at this challenging time) everyone who responds will go into the draw to win a $100 voucher from Dolphin Office Choice in Mullumbimby.
