Smoke from bush fires and hazard reduction burning can affect some people more than others.

If you have asthma or a lung condition, reduce outdoor activities if smoke levels are high and if shortness of breath or coughing develops, take your reliever medicine or seek medical advice.

All burns across NSW will continue to be coordinated with the RFS to ensure the impact on the community, including from smoke, are assessed at a regional level.

Details on specific burns will be made available in advance on the RFS website, 'Fires Near Me' app, and on NPWS Alerts website.
