Hokkaido University has been selected for the FY2025 Inter-University Exchange Project (Support for the Formation of Inter-University Exchange with Universities in the Global South), Type II: Africa, by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT).
Under this project, the University will establish a transdisciplinary international collaborative education program titled "Global Nexus in Sub-Saharan Africa: Shaping the Future of Well-being with One Health" in partnership with the University of Zambia, the University of Namibia, and the Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources.
The project period will run through FY2029.
