Cannington Detectives have charged a 16-year-old youth with two indecent assaults following incidents occurring while the female victims (16 and 24 years) travelled on buses between the Perth and Victoria Park over the last 30 days.
It will be alleged the youth sits behind his female victims and places his hand around or under the bus seat and grabs the victims lower back and bottom.
The 16-year-old from East Victoria Park will be appearing in the Perth Children's Court on Thursday 22 October 2020.
The investigation is ongoing and detectives urge anyone who may know of any similar incidents on buses travelling between the Perth and Victoria Park/Bentley areas between September and October 2020 is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au
