Infrastructure Australia CEO Reappointed

The Albanese Government has reappointed Mr Adam Copp as the Infrastructure Australia (IA) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for a further 3-year term.

Mr Copp has served as the IA CEO since July 2023, successfully leading the organisation through a period of change, including embedding a new strategy following the amendments to the IA Act.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, he held a number of senior roles at IA, including Chief Operating Officer. 

Mr Copp has a Master of Global Law from the University of Sydney and Master of Business Administration from the University of New South Wales. He also currently serves as a Director for the Australian Sustainable Built Environment Council.

His reappointment will ensure stability and continuity in the senior leadership of IA, delivering independent evidence-based advice on infrastructure projects that supports the economy and builds the nation.
