Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jaelim Wilson.
The 26-year-old is wanted on recklessly cause injury and other related offences.
Wilson is described as Aboriginal n in appearance, about 185cm tall, medium build and medium length black hair.
Wilson is known to frequent the Epping, Greensborough and Reservoir areas.
Investigators have released an image of Wilson in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
