Police are appealing for public assistance to locate James Dempster.
The 32-year-old is wanted on warrants for a number of offences including unlawful assault, theft, bail and weapon offences.
Dempster is described as 180cm tall, of medium build, bald and missing his right eye.
Investigators have released an image of Dempster in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Ivanhoe, Heidelberg and Brunswick areas.
