Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Jaswinder Singh.
There are two outstanding warrants for the 33-year-old's arrest relating to handling of stolen goods and contravening a corrections order.
He is known to frequent the St Albans and Deer Park areas.
Investigators have released an image of Singh in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
