Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 24-year-old man Jeffrey Winmar.
Warrants have been issued for the arrest of the Leongatha man in relation to various bail, assault and weapons related offences.
Winmar is known to frequent the Leongatha and Morwell areas.
He is around 175cm tall with a medium build, dark-coloured eyes and short black hair.
Winmar has a tattoo on his neck of a diamond with wings attached.
Investigators have released an image of Winmar in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
