Detectives from the WA Police Force Sex Assault Squad with the assistance of Kununurra Detectives have charged a 32-year-old man with the sexual assault of a woman that occurred in Kununurra on Wednesday, 9 November 2022.
It will be alleged the man sexually assaulted the 54-year-old woman at a park located on Ron Hodnett Drive.
The 32-year-old man from Kununurra has been charged with one count of Sexual Penetration without Consent and is next due to appear before the Kununurra Magistrates Court on Friday, 18 November 2022.
