Labor Slammed for Backing Palestinian State Recognition

The Albanese Government has brought shame on Australia by rewarding the murder, rapes and kidnappings of October 7 with its recognition of a Palestinian State at the United Nations today.

While ever 48 innocent Israeli hostages remain captive or dead in Gaza where the Hamas Islamic terrorist army dedicated to the killing of Jews "from the River to the Sea" remains in power, it is no time to play idealistic games at the United Nations.

On the West Bank, the corrupt Palestinian Authority under the 89-year-old Mahmoud Abbashas only belatedly said it will stop paying money to reward families of terrorists and that it will stop indoctrinating children through its education system into Jew hatred.

With its long record of rejecting two state solutions in favour of pursuing its aims through bloody terror, why should the PA be trusted now? Especially given that terrorism is now being rewarded by Australia and its fellow Palestinian state recognisers, the UK and Canada.

The PA has no power in Gaza, which is part of the territory the Albanese Government just recognised, from where Hamas today live-streamed the cold-blooded executions of three dissidents.

Gazans stood by approvingly filming this atrocity on their mobile devices which begs the question as to the moral character of the citizenry of this newly recognised state of Palestine.

When Australia, Britain and Canada first flagged recognition, Hamas leader Ghazi Hamad said this was "the fruits" of the October 7 massacre, rapes and kidnappings.

It's deeply shameful for Australians to have their government reward terrorism, murder, the abuse of women and hostage-taking.

Hamas bears sole responsible for the misery of the Gazan people who have been used as human shields in a necessary war to defeat a popular Islamic death cult within Gaza that says it will repeat October 7 if given the chance.

The future political and governance arrangements for the Palestinian people, whose true enemy is not Israel but Islamic fundamentalism, should not be discussed until Hamas releases the hostages and surrenders or is defeated militarily.
