Western Landcare NSW is hosting Aunty Brenda Matthews in Wentworth Shire from Monday 30 November to Wednesday 2 December 2026 for a free program of film, on-Country learning and conversation. Wentworth Shire Council is pleased to support the visit.
The Last Daughter - free community screening

The Last Daughter follows Aunty Brenda's journey to uncover the truth about her childhood, reconnect the two sides of her family, and explore identity, family, belonging and healing. Aunty Brenda will attend the screening and take part in a community conversation after the film. The first 20 people to register will receive a signed copy of her book.
