Lewd act in St Kilda

Port Phillip Crime Investigation unit are investigating after a man exposed himself in St Kilda earlier this year.

Investigators have been told the man exposed himself and was performing a lewd act in the front courtyard of a home on Bath Place on Sunday, 22 May about 1.30am.

The offender banged on a window at the home before the victim yelled at him and he fled the area.

The man is described as being Caucasian in appearance, 18-20-years-of-age, with a thin build and short dark hair.

At the time of the offence, he was wearing a white shirt a black jacket, white runners and was carrying a backpack.

Police have released CCTV and an image of a male they believe can assist with their enquiries.
