Libs capitulating to Greens' leadership on Adani

Australian Conservatives Release

Australian Conservatives Queensland Senate Candidate Lyle Shelton has expressed deep concern about reports of a split in the Morrison Government over the Adani coal mine.

"Greens' anti-coal leadership has poisoned Labor against this job-creating project and it is now alarming that it seems some Liberals are following suit, lobbying Environment Minister Melissa Price to delay environmental approvals," Mr Shelton said.

"For too long the Greens have been the tail wagging the policy dog in Canberra. There just is not the will nor courage to stand up to the radical Greens," he continued.

"That's why we need Australian Conservatives in the Senate," Mr Shelton concluded.
