Amid the ancient rhythms of Antarctica, 2021 has been another memorable year for the Australian Antarctic Program.

Among the highlights: epic krill science in the Southern Ocean; the quest for more than a million years of ice-core climate history; and our new icebreaker RSV Nuyina commences active duty on its first voyage to the icy continent.
