A man has been charged with 42 offences after weapons and drugs were seized in the state's north yesterday.
About 8.20am (Thursday 24 September 2026), officers attached to Brisbane Water Police District - with assistance from Northern Region Operational Support Group, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District and the Dog Unit - executed a search warrant on Loongana Crescent, Blue Haven, as part of ongoing investigations into the supply of prohibited drugs across the Central Coast.
During a search of the premises, police allegedly located and seized a rifle, ammunition, two tasers, and approximately 7.62kg of cannabis, 1.28kg of MDMA, 598g of psylocibin, 380g of cocaine, 204g of ketamine and 165g of methamphetamine.
A large amount of prescription medication was also allegedly located and seized.
A 44-year-old man was arrested and taken to Wyong Police Station where he was charged with 42 offences

- Supply prohibited drug greater than or equal to commercial quantity
- Supply prohibited drug greater than indictable and less than commercial quantity (21 counts)
- Supply prohibited drug greater than small and less than or equal to indictable quantity (10 counts)
- Supply prohibited drug less than or equal to small quantity (four counts)
- Possess unregistered firearm-not pistol/prohibited firearm
- Possess or use a prohibited weapon without permit
- Possess ammunition without holding licence/permit/authority
He was refused bail to appear before Bail Division Court 6 today (Friday 25 September 2026).
