A man has died after being struck by a truck at Allawah this morning.
The incident happened on Railway Parade close to Allawah Train Station shortly before 3.30am (Friday 21 May 2021), when a man was found deceased under the parked vehicle.
A crime scene has been established by officers attached to St George Police Area Command.
Railway Parade is closed to traffic in both directions between Illawarra and Elizabeth streets, while pedestrian access to the train station on the eastern side is also closed.
Officers attached to the Crash Investigation Unit are en route to the scene.
