A man is in a serious condition after an altercation in the Sydney CBD, NSW Police say.
About 2.45am tomorrow, an altercation took place between a group of males outside a licensed premises on Pitt Street.
A male, aged in his 20s, received a wound to his back. He has been taken to hospital in a serious condition.
Another adult male was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Police from Sydney City Local Area Command attended and established a crime scene on Pitt Street.
Inquiries are continuing. No further information is available at this stage.
