Man missing from Hurlstone Park

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's Inner West.

Lalbaha Pariyar, aged 76, was last seen leaving a house on Foord Avenue, Hurlstone Park, to go to a park on Tennent Parade about 5.30pm yesterday (Wednesday 16 October 2019).

Officers from Burwood Police Area Command were notified today (Thursday 17 October 2019) when he failed to return home. Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to a medical condition and unfamiliarity with the area.

Lalbaha is described as being of Indian Sub-Continental appearance, of medium build, about 170cm tall, with a bald head and white hair on the side.

He may be wearing a brown and black 'Columbia' jacket, light blue t-shirt, grey track pants and brown shoes. He walks with a limp and speaks limited English.
