Officers from the Major Crash Investigation Section are seeking information regarding a serious crash that occurred in Martin on Tuesday, 20 April 2021.
About 4.30pm, a silver Jeep Compass and a grey Mazda CX-3 were both travelling on Mills Road East in different directions when they collided.
The 66-year-old male driver of the Mazda received serious injuries in the crash and was conveyed by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital for treatment.
The 27-year-old female driver of the Jeep received minor injuries.
