Massage Therapist Charged 25 April

Detectives from the Sex Assault Squad have charged a 57-year-old man as part of an investigation into his alleged behaviour involving a client.

It is alleged that in April 2026, a woman attended a beauty salon in Cannington for a reflexology appointment. During the appointment, the woman was allegedly sexually assaulted by the accused, who was employed at the business as a massage therapist.

A 57-year-old man from Treeby has been charged with the following offences:

• Sexual Penetration without Consent

• Unlawful and Indecent Assault

He is due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court on 15 May 2026.
