Midland Police have charged a 45 year old man as a result of their investigation into an alleged indecent assault that occurred at a cinema in Midland.
During the afternoon of 12 July 2018, two female teenagers were at a cinema in Midland. As the movie started, a man sat next to one of the girls and it is alleged he indecently assaulted her, WA Police say.
The man from Midland has been charged with Aggravated Dealing with a Child over 13 and under 16 years.
He is due to appear before the Midland Magistrates Court on 14 August 2018.
The man talked to several other girls as he left the cinema and police would like to speak with anyone the man approached. Anyone with any information relating to this incident is urged to call Crime Stoppers.
