MinterEllison Counsels on Skyline Building Group Investment

Leading law firm MinterEllison has advised the Victorian Business Growth Fund managed by Roc Partners on its stake in Skyline Building Group. Skyline Building Group, a family-founded business, provides reinstatement and restoration services for properties after damage from insurable events.

Skyline was established in 2015 with services spread across various divisions. These include insurance repairs for residential, commercial, and strata buildings; emergency make-safe services, offering round-the-clock technical support in response to fires, floods, storms, thefts, and other insurable events; and building restoration services.

Roc Partners is a specialist private markets firm with A$9.3 billion in funds under management.

MinterEllison M&A partner Kate Koidl led the team of transaction, construction, IP, Technology, Finance, employment and regulatory experts.
