Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing on the state's Northern Beaches.
Harold Melzer, aged 87, was last seen at his home on Beach Road, Collaroy, about 10pm last night (Friday 1 July 2022).
When he was not located at his home early this morning, police attached to the Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Harold's welfare as he lives with dementia.
Harold is described as being of Caucasian appearance, with white hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing light coloured pyjamas and a pair of white and black joggers.
Anyone who may have seen Harold is urged to contact police immediately.
