Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Adin Dascalu, Victoria Police say.
The 26-year-old was last seen at St Vincent Gardens in Albert Park on 23 September.
Police and family are concerned for Adin’s welfare.
Adin is described as about 185cm tall with a medium build, brown eyes and brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a cream-coloured jacket, blue jeans and trainers.
Investigators have released an image of Adin in the hope someone recognises him and can provide details on his whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Adin or knows of his whereabouts is urged to contact Melbourne West Police Station on 8690 4444.
