Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teenager Chloe Moran.
The 15-year-old was last seen in Ballarat's CBD on 2 August.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age.
Chloe was last seen wearing a black hooded top, black leggings, white socks and slide sandals.
Investigators have released an image of Chloe in the hope someone knows of her current whereabouts.
She is known to frequent Ballarat, Sebastopol and Wendouree areas.
Anyone who sees Chloe or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Ballarat Police Station on 5336 6000.
